What do people ask before ordering
The event archive is available in the app linked to your account — it is not shared with outsiders. We understand concerns about video privacy and discuss them during consultations, including selecting equipment with local storage rather than cloud-based.
There is no single rule here – retention time and storage capacity depend on the chosen equipment and how you plan to use it. We clarify this during a consultation with an engineer, rather than providing one answer for all cases.
Partially: local scenarios, such as turning on the light when motion is detected at the gate, are executed by the hub itself, without a network. However, viewing the camera feed from a phone in another location without the internet is not possible — a network connection is required at both ends for that.
The number and placement of cameras are determined by an engineer based on the specific plot and the perimeter of the house during an on-site survey — there is no universal number suitable for all homes. Where one or two cameras might suffice, and where more are needed, becomes clear only after inspecting the site.
