Warm floors

Warm floors in the bathroom and in the children's bedroom serve different purposes: there — warm tiles underfoot in the mornings, here — even background comfort for playing on the floor. LUMUX configures each zone separately, rather than with one common thermostat for the entire floor.
Comfort by zones, not by the entire floor
Each zone has its own schedule and target temperature: the bathroom floor warms up by a specific time in the morning and evening, the kitchen floor heats only under the sink and stove, and the bedroom maintains a steady low background temperature all night. Zone control is integrated into the main app, alongside the rest of the home's climate control. Underfloor heating in different rooms operates independently of each other.

- separate zone and schedule for bathroom, kitchen, nursery
- Warm up to the set time in the morning and before bedtime
- low power mode when the room is empty
Underfloor heating almost always works in conjunction with thermostats and radiators — together they maintain a stable temperature without sharp fluctuations between zones. Setting up zones and schedules is part of the scenario stage, not a separate task left for after installation. To see how the entire climate control circuit is structured, check the climate control scenarios section; the list of other equipment is in the smart home devices section.

What do people ask before ordering
Often yes — if the wiring and thermostat allow, LUMUX integrates automation into an already installed floor without removing the finish. What exactly is required in a specific case is determined by an engineer during a consultation, not decided remotely based on a general rule for all homes.
Yes, each zone has its own schedule and target temperature: the bathroom floor heats up by a specific time in the morning and evening, while the nursery maintains a steady low background temperature all night. Zones operate independently of each other and are managed from a single app along with the rest of the climate control.
Yes, in unoccupied rooms, a reduced mode is activated instead of full heating — this is part of the logic that LUMUX configures during the scenario setup stage. As soon as someone re-enters the room or the scheduled time arrives, the floor returns to the set temperature.
