The humidity sensor in the room compares the reading with the set level and turns on the humidifier when the air becomes drier than the norm — just like a thermostat works with temperature. Humidifiers are integrated into the overall climate control logic: if ventilation or air conditioning is running simultaneously, the system takes this into account and does not work against itself.
